Inne now wants to see how far she can bend her back while simultaneously splitting herself more than 180 degrees. So she first did a handstand on the blue ball, then pulled one leg straight into the splits, and inch by inch she slid down deeper into her oversplit, doing so rolling the rubber ball gently forward, until it rested on her calf. After a moment of careful and skillful balancing by her
she patiently and forcefully bent her back, until she reaches her limit, then twisted her torso clockwise so she could reach her inner thigh to push even more to a deeper backbend. In the end, she tried to even use
her chin and locked her neck on her thighs to prevent her tight twisted backbend to release itself due to the tension. We can see her relieved a bit after being able to rest in this pose, after working so hard
to get to it.
